All apparel purchased online can be returned within 30 days of purchase, given that the item(s) is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached. Accessories, exclusive collections and discounted items are final sale.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement. Please contact our customer service team immediately so we may correct the issue for you.
All returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Store credit is issued through a discount code sent via email and does not expire. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, along with the cost of doing so. Please keep record of your tracking number until we have confirmed that the package has been received. We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost on their way back to us.
Once the package is delivered and the item(s) has passed inspection, a refund will be processed. This can take up to 3 business days.
NOTE: Items purchased online can not be returned or exchanged in-store without first contacting our customer service team.
