ORDER PROCESSING

All orders undergo a rigorous Fraud-Risk analysis and are subject to verification prior to fulfillment and shipping.  Please make sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process.

If your order requires verification before processing and delivery, we may contact you by email to request additional information. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days after our attempted contact, the order will be canceled.

Domestic and international orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. For orders that require additional verification, this can add up to 3 business days on top of standard processing time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please note that delivery dates provided are estimations. While rare, there are occasions when an order might arrive after the estimated time frame.

During the holiday season, a signature will be required on any package valued at $150 or more. If you are not there to receive your package at the time of delivery, you will need to reschedule a delivery using your tracking information or arrange a pickup at your local post office. 

Domestic Shipping Methods:

USPS First-Class: takes 3-5 days to arrive. This option has a tracking number but is not insured. We are not responsible for uninsured packages. If you are concerned that your package will be lost or stolen, please select the Priority shipping option.

USPS Priority: takes 1-3 days to arrive and is insured.

UPS Ground: takes 1-5 business days to arrive and is insured.

International Shipping Methods:

USPS First-Class International: takes 2-6 weeks to arrive. This option has a tracking number but is not insured. We are not responsible for uninsured packages. USPS only tracks international First Class packages while they are in the US, tracking stops updating when it leaves the US.

USPS Priority International: takes up to 14 business days to arrive and is insured.

DHL Express: takes 3-5 days to arrive. This option is insured and covers any duties and taxes (customs) that are due on the goods.

UPS Standard: can take up to 12 days to arrive. This option is insured.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by jungleboysclothing.com, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government can be refunded.
