Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy
We never want our customers to be unhappy with their purchase. If you are, we are more than willing to process a return.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, given that the item(s) is still in its original, undamaged condition. Accessories are final sale.
Store credit is issued as a discount code via email and does not expire.
All orders undergo a rigorous Fraud-Risk analysis and are, therefore, subject to verification prior to fulfillment and shipping.
By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including sales tax, duties and customs fees. Because customs fees are calculated upon delivery, we are unable to provide exact amounts. If your order is refused upon delivery and returned, no refund will be processed.
Processing and Delivery
Please allow 1-3 days processing time after placing your order. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are fulfilled on Monday. Jungle Boys Clothing does not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
If selecting 2-Day and International Shipping, please note that the delivery dates provided are estimations. While rare, there are occasions when an order might arrive after the estimated time frame.
Orders are subject to cancellation if:
- the billing address is listed incorrectly,
- the cardholder's name is different from that of the person placing the order,
- the billing and shipping address and addressee are different,
- the PayPal account used to place the order is unconfirmed.
Orders will be canceled if:
- they are placed using a high-risk Internet connection (web proxy),
- the shipping address is a PO Box (domestic and international), international hotel, business or resort,
- the card and/or device used to place the order has a record of fraudulent activity.
In the event that an order requires further verification, we will reach out to you via email or phone. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days of our attempted contact, the order will be canceled.
Domestic Returns & Exchanges
For all domestic returns and exchanges, please email email@example.com. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Due to limited availability of our styles, the simplest and fastest way to exchange an item is to order your new item through jungleboysclothing.com.
Returns are only refunded in the form of store credit.
International Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
